The Vinca type VN comprises horizontal flat-oval steel tubes of 57.5 x 10 x 1.5 mm and two horizontal round rear collectors of 35 x 2 mm. The Vinca type VN with universal connection (1mm8) is available with valve set (optional) with 2 reducers 3/4”-1/2” and a cover plate with curved base and in the color of the radiator.

As to type VN1L1, one row of steel fins is spot welded on the flat-oval tubes with the aim to increase the heat emission. The Vinca is available with one row (type VN1) or two rows (type VN2) of flat-oval tubes. The Vinca is electrically welded by means of resistance welding robots, which gives the advantage of invisible weld-seams. The standard tube thickness of the flat-oval tubes is 1.5 mm, with a service pressure of 4 bar (test pressure 6 bar). The maximum operating temperature is always 230°F (110°C).
